自2001年(90學年度) 成立迄今，所有同學均能分流進入自己有興趣的資電專業學系就讀；

自108學年度起，經教育部核准更名為： 

中文名稱：資訊電機學院學士班

英文名稱： Undergraduate Program of Information and Electrical Engineering College
